The house was refurbished in 2020 in a very rustic, country style with an open fireplace, beamed ceilings, and some stonework.

As you come in the door to the right, you have a guest toilet, and ahead of you, you have a very spacious living area. The living area is split level, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (with a large American-style fridge) and then a large dining and living space. This space leads out to a large private terrace – perfect for BBQs, dining al fresco, and entertaining, and a covered shed, ideal for storage.

The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. At the top floor the owners have made an additional bedroom /study. From here you can go out to a lovely solarium, from which you have views of the communal pool, gardens and some sea views.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to amenities but still enjoy the benefits of being on an urbanisation with nice communal pools.

It is minutes away from well-known beach bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the spectacular Manilva and Casares beaches. The beaches are unspoiled and breathtaking. Within minutes, you can also arrive at the town of Sabinillas with its amenities, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and promenade. If on holiday, you need not worry about a car. You can eat, drink, go to the beach and visit the bank if you need to, without having to drive. Everything is within walking distance.
