La Perla de La Bahia - luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments on a beachfront urbanisation

La Perla de La Bahia is located on the beachside of Casares and is a frontline luxury urbanisation of apartments. It is probably one of the best kept urbanisations in this area of the Costa del Sol.

What is most striking about La Perla is its unique architectual style with a number of Moorish influences. The ornate arches and great focus on communal gardens make it truly special. The urbanisation has a number of communal pools, including one which is heated throughout the year. The urbanisation is made up of four different phases of two and three bedroom apartments with private underground parking space allocated to each apartment. The apartments are light and airy and spacious with open fireplaces with air-conditioning and heating and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. They have lovely terraces which lend themselves to Al Fresco dining. Many of the apartments boast stunning sea views.

The location is fabulous as you can walk directly onto the unspoilt blue flag Casares beach. There is even a very well- known beach resaturant (chiringuito), ‘La Sal’, which has an excellent reputation at one’s doorstep.

If its the country and traditional Spain that you seek, the typical white-washed Spansh village of Casares is just a short drive away. There are also numerous golf courses to choose from all within a very short driving distance. As for practicality, the neighbouring town of Sabinillas has a local post office, shops, restaurants and banks.
