The following criteria would be useful to consider prior to beginning a search for ´that perfect property´¨:

• Most importantly BUDGET
Property prices marked on Real Estate Windows will show the net price of the property. You need to add onto this price the cost of purchasing a property which can range between 10/14% depending on whether you need a mortgage or not.
• The actual property - type of property, style, size, communal/private garden etc.
• Type of environment –in the hub (e.g. right on the marina) or in a quieter zone, more Spanish or British Urbanisation
• Coastal or mountainside (sea or golf)
• Walking distance to amenities/ short dive away
• Kinds of facilities important to your family – e.g. garage, pool etc.

It is a good idea to note your criteria down as these details will help your agent to find something that is suitable for you.
